After nearly two decades at L’Oréal, where she held leadership roles across the Netherlands, Asia, and the United States, she now works with Professionals and Leaders to bring more clarity, focus, and intention to how they work and live. Her approach combines Performance Science, Mindfulness, and real-world leadership experience,  grounded in her certifications in High Performance Coaching, Holistic Health, Yoga, and Meditation.
