A globally recognized face, she graced covers of Vogue, Harper’s Bazaar, Cosmopolitan, and starred in campaigns for Revlon, Guess, and Victoria’s Secret. Her success in fashion catalyzed a broader media presence—producing and hosting shows across major broadcast channels, cable networks, and online platforms, including CNN, TLC, E! Network, Scripps, A&E Networks, ABC, and Discovery Network. As a pioneering entrepreneur, Frederique founded Frederique’s Choice, the first curated online flower company, leading the way as one of the earliest sustainably conscious brands in the floral industry. For its U.S. launch in 2015, she created, produced, and hosted HomeGrown Makeover with A&E Network. Her entrepreneurial excellence earned her the Marie Claire Entrepreneur of the Year Award and a guest lecturer role at Harvard University. In early 2024, she joined the board of the global streaming platform and studio Core.live, which currently reaches 170+ million viewers across 220+ countries. Frederique continues to champion sustainability, female empowerment, and creative philanthropy, blending fashion, art, and nature in her projects. She remains a respected thought leader in these spaces. Moderator: Josephine Bertrams   Josephine (Fien) is an international communications and corporate affairs executive with over 20 years of experience in communications, sustainability and government affairs for companies in the U.S. and Europe. In her most recent role, she was Chief Corporate Affairs Officer and member of the Executive Team of Heineken USA. She was responsible for the company's reputation, brand PR, corporate communications, media relations, crisis management, employee engagement, events, government affairs and sustainability agenda. A Dutch native, Fien started her career with international PR consultancy Edelman in Amsterdam and London. After 9 years with Edelman, she moved to Heineken where she held several roles within the company, including a tenure at Global headquarters leading Global Corporate & Sustainability Communications. She moved to the US in 2019 to take on the role of Chief Corporate Affairs Officer at Heineken USA. Fien serves as the President of the NL Club of New York.
