On May 8th we continue with the Wereldwijven Wellness Sessions. Our next event features a workshop by Alexis Brink on the art of Jin Shin. This beautiful practice focuses on harmonizing the body, mind, and spirit through the healing power of touch, similar to acupressure and Reiki. Join the workshop! The Coach Alexis Brink, LMT, is a native of the Netherlands, and came to New York at a young age to be a Broadway dancer. After a knee injury left her unable to perform, she was guided to the Art of Jin Shin, which not only healed her, but put her on a new life's journey. The Art of Jin Shin is an energy healing modality that originated in Japan and stems from Ancient Traditions. This beautiful practice focuses on harmonizing the body, mind, and spirit through the healing power of touch, similar to acupressure and Reiki or, as we call it - "acupuncture without the needles."  Today, she is the Director of Jin Shin Institute, and has held a private practice in NYC since 1991. Alexis wrote a book on the Art of Jin Shin. Thirsa van Til I am a Dutch actress who splits her time between New York, Los Angeles and Amsterdam. I have a background in theater and currently mainly work in television. During the first 4 years after moving to the US I lived in New York, and the city has conquered a special place in my heart. I love the NL club community. As an ambassador, I use my creative talents to help develop new concepts and events such as 'De Wereldwijven'.  Eveline Honig - van Veldhuisen I’m a medical doctor specialized in sleep disorders, especially narcolepsy. I have lived in the US since 1985 and raised 4 children here. For the NL Club I want to help continue and create more (fun) activities for all Dutch people  and others interested in Dutch events. I am hoping we will be an inspiration for others to join the Ambassador Committee. Margaux Koutros I am an IT consultant for a Dutch software company and have been in NYC since 2021. As an NL Club Ambassador I hope to contribute to the feeling of the community.
